About the position
On a daily basis, you manage our ‘control room’ by coordinating traffic of all SpeakUp® messages according to a strict deadline. This automated handling process is the beating heart of our company. Our translation agencies are important partners and play a crucial role in this daily process. We are facing an exciting period; due to a major update of our software coming up, you will help build our company to an even higher level.
You make sure the highest level of support is provided to colleagues, clients, reporters and our translation agencies. This support is ongoing; from the configuration of SpeakUp® to answering SpeakUp® related support questions. Your expertise is of great value for continuously improving our product and services, and safeguarding its quality, security and confidentiality.
