About People Intouch

Every day we enable millions of people all over the world to voice their concerns. SpeakUp® makes it possible to anonymously report and communicate about misconduct in any language, 24/7/365 days per year.

We have been doing this for the past 17 years, making us a true expert in the field of misconduct reporting. We’ve got the ambition to further expand our leading position worldwide and hereby create a safer everyday life.

Who are you

You are the trusted advisor and expert on SpeakUp topics, the accelerator for People Intouch’s thought leadership. Together with your team you enable the knowledge flying wheel: continuous growth & improvement of our philosophy, systems, reputation, network, passion and heritage. As organisational consultant you are truly interested in the customer, an actual listener and (internal and external) linking pin to make sure the customer is supported in the best way. To ensure this, share ideas and exchange opinions you regularly visit our clients all over the globe.

You stand up for our believes and core values and make sure that this is reflected in the customer relationship and the service we offer them. You are accountable for the successful roll-out of SpeakUp and continuous growing customer engagement. The team is being built and expanded in the coming years. Therefore, the organisational consultant of today is a builder and likes to create while teaming up.
