About People Intouch
Every day we enable millions of people worldwide to voice their concerns. Our B2B SaaS product SpeakUp® makes it possible to anonymously communicate with trusted people within an organization about foul play, unethical behaviour, non-compliance, sustainability issues, corruption, human rights violations or unhealthy labour circumstances. Reporters can do this in any language, 24/7, 365 days per year.
We have been doing this for 17 years, making us a true expert in the field. We want to expand our leading position worldwide and hereby create a safer everyday life.
About the position
On a daily basis, you are one of the coordinators in our ‘control room’, ensuring the smooth operation of two of our main processes, message management and customer support. All incoming SpeakUp® messages are managed to a strict deadline and according to high standards. Our external and internal stakeholders are important partners in this process, and you cooperate with them to ensure the smooth running of the message management process.
Besides coordinating the message management process, which is the beating heart of the company, you are the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This support is ongoing; from the configuration of SpeakUp® to answering SpeakUp® related support questions and assigning questions to the right person within our organisation.
Your day-to-day experience with SpeakUp® is of great value in continuously improving our product and services, and safeguarding its quality, security and confidentiality.
Next to all the usual benefits (competitive salary, good pension, company devices and coverage of travel expenses), we offer:
Having a real impact on people’s lives on a daily basis. Personal and professional growth along our core values. Working in an international team. Having the opportunity to help further build our company. Working at a unique location: the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. All while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
And finally, being part of our PIT family. Or Pitters, as we like to call ourselves.
