About the position

On a daily basis, you are one of the coordinators in our ‘control room’, ensuring the smooth operation of two of our main processes, message management and customer support. All incoming SpeakUp® messages are managed to a strict deadline and according to high standards. Our external and internal stakeholders are important partners in this process, and you cooperate with them to ensure the smooth running of the message management process.

Besides coordinating the message management process, which is the beating heart of the company, you are the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This support is ongoing; from the configuration of SpeakUp® to answering SpeakUp® related support questions and assigning questions to the right person within our organisation.

Your day-to-day experience with SpeakUp® is of great value in continuously improving our product and services, and safeguarding its quality, security and confidentiality.

What we need

  • Fulltime available (40 hours)
  • Academic work level
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in a customer facing role
  • Fluent in English
  • ‘Control room’ mindset
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Pro-active attitude with strong problem-solving skills
