Who are you
You are the beating heart of our office in the Olympic Stadium and ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. With your smile and positive attitude you welcome all of our guests (prospects, clients, applicants, telephone calls, etc.) and are the ‘face’ of our company. Hospitality is in your blood and you want everyone (both our employees and our guests) to feel comfortable and experience the service levels in our office that they are also used to from our products. You make sure our office is always looking sharp and do whatever it takes to reach that; from hiring a handyman to fix a problem, to ordering groceries, supplies or furniture, arranging flowers, cleaning up when needed, maintaining the coffee machine, sending parcels etc. You also assist the People Intouch team in their daily work; from planning & booking business trips to filing documents and assisting our management in planning meetings.
