About People Intouch
We are a fast-growing SaaS scale-up. Every day we enable millions of people all over the world to voice their concerns using our tool SpeakUp®: making it possible to anonymously report and communicate about misconduct in any language, 24/7/365.
Our 16 years of experience make us true experts in the field of misconduct reporting. We have the ambition to further expand our reach worldwide and thereby help organisations to create safer workplaces.
Who are you
As our Inside Sales Market Manager (ISMM) you play a pivotal role in helping us boost our sales and contributing to our long-term business growth.
You are the face of People Intouch, responsible for the first part of the sales cycle. You own the lead qualification for inbound leads and are responsible for the outbound prospecting in your focus markets.
You are expanding our SpeakUp® sales across those markets, creating and managing the sales pipeline: from opportunity creation to value recognition for qualified prospects. This role involves creating a Pipedrive environment conducive for opportunity communication, follow-up and accountability for new and existing sales activities.
You establish contact with decision makers using cold approach strategies and follow up according to established sales cadences to generate qualified business opportunities. The strategies range from new market penetration, calling senior-level executives, trade show attendance (when this is possible again..), webinar and event follow-up to collaborating with our Sales Consultants to identify top of mind (TOM) prospects and more.
The Business Development department, which the Inside Sales team is part of, consists of two other teams; Consultative Sales and Marketing & Events. Together with all three teams you actively participate to develop new inbound and outbound sales strategies. You work closely together with our Sales Consultants, especially those working in the same markets.
Your daily tasks consist of cold calling, cold emailing, having introduction calls, preparing proposals for inbound leads, scheduling demonstrations for our Sales Consultants, keeping Pipedrive up to date and constantly staying on top of the latest news in the world of whistleblowing & compliance and our own product offering.
Our ideal ISMM has an unwavering commitment to educating and inspiring customers through demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills. This role combines sales, marketing and businesses development; requiring a high-degree of customer-focused and goal-oriented energy.
