About the position

You are a true SpeakUp expert. Together with your team you are responsible for monitoring the daily SpeakUp traffic. These messages about misconduct need to be translated within one working day by our translators. The handling process of the SpeakUp-messages is the beating heart of our company.

Your daily experience with operating SpeakUp, allows you to provide the highest level of support to colleagues, clients and our translation agencies. This support is ongoing; from the technical configuration of SpeakUp to answering SpeakUp related support questions. Your expertise is of great value for continuously improving and expanding our product and service.

What we need

  • Available 32 – 40 hours
  • Higher professional education level
  • Affinity with ethics and compliance
  • 2 years of relevant work experience (within the same organisation)
  • Fluent in English and preferably in one other language
